Henga is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We have implemented this comprehensive policy to prevent, detect, and respond to any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. • All content shared through Henga
• All interactions between users
• All employees, contractors, and partners of Critix Media Oy

• Henga is intended for users 18 years and older
• While we don't implement active age verification, we take reports of underage users seriously
• Any user found to be under 18 will be immediately removed from the platform
• We actively monitor for signs of minors using the platform

The following are strictly prohibited on Henga:

• Any sexual content involving or depicting minors
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
• Grooming behavior or attempts to contact minors for sexual purposes
• Sexualization of minors in any form
• Solicitation or distribution of CSAM
• Attempts to arrange meetings with minors
• Sexual discussions involving minors
• Adults attempting to engage minors in inappropriate conversations
• Any content that exploits or endangers children

5. Detection and Prevention Measures

We employ multiple layers of protection:

• User reporting mechanisms accessible throughout the app
• Monitoring for signs of underage users
• Investigation of reported age violations

6. Reporting Mechanism

• Users can report suspected CSAE through the in-app reporting feature

• All reports are treated with the highest priority

7. Response Protocol

When CSAE content or behavior is detected or reported:

• Preservation of evidence for law enforcement
• Mandatory reporting to relevant authorities
