Subscription & Access

Getting Access to Henga

Currently, access to Henga is available through:

Managing Your Subscription

To manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription:

  1. Open the Henga app
  2. Navigate to Profile → Privacy → General
  3. Tap Manage in the Subscription section
  4. You'll be redirected to your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) subscription settings

Note: Subscriptions are managed through your respective app store. We cannot directly cancel or modify subscriptions on your behalf.

Subscription Changes

Upgrading: When you upgrade to a higher-tier subscription, the change takes effect immediately and you'll receive a prorated refund for your current subscription period.

Downgrading: When you downgrade to a lower-tier subscription, you'll continue to have access to your current plan until the next renewal date, then the new plan takes effect.

Cancelling: Your Henga account will remain active until your current subscription period expires. After that, your subscription won't automatically renew, and you'll lose access to Henga's features.

Privacy & Account

To delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Open the Henga app
  2. Navigate to Profile → Privacy → General
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion

Note: This action is irreversible. All your messages, conversations, and profile data will be permanently deleted. Deleting your account does NOT cancel your subscription - you must cancel through your app store separately.
